Description BKU 207B is a right-hand drive Austin Healey 3000 MkIII built in June 1964 and originally exported to Paris, France. Finished in Healey Blue Metallic with a Navy interior this gorgeous car was rebuilt by a Northern Austin Healey specialist with work completing in June 2006. The car has covered just 6950 miles since and remains a fantastic example fully ready for enjoyment. Remarkably the car is believed to have had just four owners from new.The restoration was comprehensive with the car stripped down totally to a bare tub, prepared and painted in Healey Blue Metallic on a rotisserie ensuring excellent coverage and a very pretty underside to this Healey. The car was fully rebuilt with many new components, the engine fully rebuild, bodywork restoration and the car fully retrimmed.At present day BKU presents very nicely externally with only a few small paint blemishes on the lower side of the car which are not particularly noticeable. Paintwork is otherwise exceptional with a nice healthy gloss and no major marks. Wheels are factory Aluminium Silver wires and are very good, the tyres are dated 2008. Inside this tidy MkIII presents exceptionally well with very nice Dark Navy carpet in good order, Navy leather seating with Navy piping and no signs of wear or marking to the bolsters as can typically be seen. All interior panelling is very good and free of stains or major marks and a Moto-Lita circle slots steering wheel is fitted.
