Do you store my card details?
No. Card data is handled directly by WorldPay and is not stored on A H Spares’ servers.
Which cards do you accept?
Most major debit and credit cards are accepted via WorldPay. If your card is declined, please contact your bank or try an alternative card.
Is the checkout protected by 3-D Secure / SCA?
Yes. Where applicable, WorldPay supports 3-D Secure and Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). You may be asked to confirm your identity with your bank.
Can I use PayPal or Apple/Google Pay?
At present we process payments by card via WorldPay. If we add wallets in future, we’ll update this page. Unfortunately, we do not accept PayPal.
My payment failed—what should I do?
First, check your billing address, card number, expiry and CVC are correct. If the bank declines the transaction, try another card or contact your bank. You can also call us on +44 (0)1926 817181.
How can I verify you use a PCI-validated provider?

Do you charge my card immediately?
Cards are authorised and captured during checkout. In rare cases a pending authorisation may appear temporarily on your statement.
How long do refunds take?
Once processed, refunds typically appear within 3–5 working days, depending on your card issuer.
Can I ship to a different address from my billing address?
Yes. For security, orders may be subject to additional checks when shipping to an address different from the billing address.
Is my entire visit encrypted?
Yes. Our site uses HTTPS throughout and is protected by modern firewalls and regular security reviews.
