Shortages

On receipt of a parcel please check the contents carefully and ensure that no items are left inside before disposing the packaging. Any shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and confirmed in writing.

UPDATED Returns Policy

Any goods incorrectly supplied to order or are defective, will be exchanged or refunded.

All items can only be returned within 30 days and in its original unworn/ unused condition with labels attached.

Re-conditioned - Exchange Units

A surcharge will apply to exchange parts and is added to your sales total. This surcharge is refunded after we receive your old unit. Send your old unit to us, quoting your order and/or invoice number.

Old units MUST be returned with order and be suitable for re-conditioning. Old units must be complete, clean and drained of any oil. Any item returned dirty will be subject to a cleaning charge of £5.00.

Warranty Claims

In the unlikely event that a part proves to be faulty, you will need to supply the invoice number covering its purchase and the parts must be returned so we may confirm the fault. All new parts carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, subject to their terms and conditions. The 12-month manufacturer's warranty commences the date on which it is invoiced by A H Spares Ltd, not its installation.

The warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not extend to cover labour, recovery, car hire, or any other consequential or associated costs. The warranty does not cover parts which have been incorrectly installed, altered, modified or used in any form of racing, rallying or competition.

Acceptance of goods is regarded as acceptance of these terms. The warranties are additional to your statutory consumer rights.
