Cancellations and Returns
On receipt of a parcel please check the contents carefully and ensure that no items are left in the packaging before destroying. Any shortages must be reported to us within 3 days of receipt and confirmed in writing.
Any goods incorrectly supplied to order or are defective, will be exchanged or refunded.
Goods returned for any other reason must be undamaged and returned in their original packaging, within 30 days along with a copy of the invoice. They will then be subject to a handling charge of 15% and deduction of any additional customs charges if being returned from outside the EU.
If you live outside the EU and are returning goods to us, it is important that you mark the parcel, invoice and customs declaration with the following:

Re-conditioned - Exchange Units
Old units MUST be returned with order and be suitable for re-conditioning. Old units must be complete, clean and drained of any oil. Any item returned dirty will be subject to a cleaning charge of £5.00.
In the unlikely event that a part proves to be faulty, you will need to supply the invoice number covering its purchase and the parts must be returned so we may confirm the fault. All new parts carry a 12-month manufacturer's warranty, subject to their terms and conditions. The 12-month manufacturer's warranty commences the date on which it is invoiced by A.H. Spares Ltd, not its installation.
The warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not extend to cover labour, recovery, car hire, or any other consequential or associated costs. The warranty does not cover parts which have been incorrectly installed, altered, modified or used in any form of racing, rallying or competition.
Acceptance of goods is regarded as acceptance of these terms. The warranties are additional to your statutory consumer rights.
