When refunds are issued
- Cancelled before dispatch: refunds are usually processed once cancellation is confirmed.
- Returned items: refunds are issued after the item is received and, where applicable, inspected.
- Faulty or damaged goods: refunds or replacements depend on the circumstances and may follow inspection or carrier review.
Refund timeframe for returned goods
We will issue your refund within 14 days of receiving your returned goods (and after any necessary checks). Refunds are made to the original payment method.
Once issued, your bank or card provider may take additional working days to show the funds.
If you can’t return the goods
If you’re unable to send the goods back, we can arrange collection where appropriate and deduct the cost from your refund.
