How long do refunds take?
For returned goods, we issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the returned items (and after any necessary checks). After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may take several working days to show the funds.
Will I be refunded for delivery charges?
This depends on the reason for the refund and the type of order. Full details are set out in our Terms & Conditions.
Can refunds be made to a different card or account?
No. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Why hasn’t my refund arrived yet?
Common reasons include pending inspections, carrier investigations, or bank processing times. If you’re unsure, contact us and we’ll check the status.
Do business customers receive refunds the same way?
