Online Returns Form

This form is the quickest way to get help with a return or issue. Send it to us (or contact us) first and we’ll confirm the correct route and the next step before anything is sent back.

Important: If your item is faulty, incorrect, damaged in transit, or something is missing, please use our issue reporting route first so we can advise the quickest next step (and the correct return method, if one is needed).

  • Faster processing: we can confirm the correct route and what we need first time
  • Less back-and-forth: your submission becomes the reference for your return
  • International-friendly: clearer customs notes for returns from outside the UK

Return conditions (important)

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this window are not guaranteed to be accepted unless agreed in advance.
  • Items must be returned new, unused, and in re-saleable condition, with packaging, labels and accessories where applicable.
  • Custom-made or non-stock items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
  • If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing, please use the issue route instead of this form so we can advise the correct evidence and quickest resolution.
  • Statutory rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or missing, different remedies and timeframes may apply.

What you’ll need

  • Invoice or order number
  • Part number(s) and quantity
  • Reason for return (choose from the drop-down list)
  • Notes if faulty, damaged, incorrect or any other information

Tip: If your return relates to damage or a fault, include as much detail as possible. Photos are helpful where available.

When you send the parcel: include a short note inside with your name, invoice/order number, part number(s), and your return reason. This helps us match the parcel quickly when it arrives.

International returns

If you are returning goods from outside the UK, customs paperwork must be completed correctly or your return may be delayed and charges may be applied on re–entry.

Mark the parcel and customs declaration with:

CPC 61 23 F01

  • Include a copy of your invoice inside the parcel
  • Include a short note with your invoice/order number and part number(s)

Packaging & posting

Pack securely

Please package items carefully to prevent damage in transit — especially heavy or delicate parts.

Use a tracked service

Returns must be sent using a tracked service and you should keep proof of posting until the return is fully resolved. This protects both you and us.

A H Spares cannot accept responsibility for items lost or delayed in transit, particularly where a non-tracked or untraceable service has been used.

If a return is sent without tracking and goes missing, we may be unable to process the return or issue a refund.

Return postage cost

Return postage is normally the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a confirmed fault. We do not offer free returns as standard unless agreed.
