When to send your return
Please submit this form before sending anything back. Once submitted, you may send the item back without waiting for a reply, provided the item meets the return conditions and you have included all required details.
If anything is unclear, or if we need photos, inspection details, or a different return method, we’ll contact you.
Return conditions (important)
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns outside this window are not guaranteed to be accepted unless agreed in advance.
- Items must be returned new, unused, and in re-saleable condition, with packaging, labels and accessories where applicable.
- Custom-made or non-stock items are not eligible for return unless faulty.
- If your item is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect, or missing, please use the issue route instead of this form so we can advise the correct evidence and quickest resolution.
- Statutory rights: This policy does not affect your statutory rights. If goods are faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or missing, different remedies and timeframes may apply.
