Need to cancel an order? What happens next depends on whether your order has already been dispatched.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, no payment will have been taken, so we can simply cancel the order and no refund will be required.

If your order has already been dispatched, the cancellation will need to be handled as a return.

Private consumers: you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
Business customers: cancellations are not automatic and different rules apply. Please see our full policy here.
Specially made or non-stock items: cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds: are handled according to the original payment method once any returned items are received and checked.

Please return the goods within 30 days in an undamaged condition (including any packaging).
