Need to cancel an order? What happens next depends on whether your order has already been dispatched. If it hasn’t left us yet, cancellation is usually straightforward. If it has shipped, cancellation becomes a return.

Before you cancel

  • Private consumers: you normally have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Business customers: cancellations are not automatic and different rules apply. Please see our full policy here.
  • Specially made or non-stock items: cannot be returned unless faulty.
  • Refunds: are handled according to the original payment method once any returned items are received and checked.

If you already have the goods

  • Please return the goods within 30 days in an undamaged condition (including any packaging).
  • Include your invoice with the return.

  • Returns received after 30 days are not guaranteed a refund. Where accepted, a handling charge may apply, depending on the item and condition, in line with our Terms & Conditions.

FAQs

Can I cancel my order immediately after placing it?

In many cases, yes. Contact us as soon as possible. Once an order enters processing or dispatch, cancellation may no longer be possible.

What if my order has already been dispatched?

If the order has shipped, cancellation becomes a return. You’ll need to follow the returns process once the item arrives.

Do business customers have the same cancellation rights?

No. Statutory cancellation rights apply to private consumers. Business-to-business orders are handled under different terms.

How long does it take to receive a refund after cancelling?

Refund timing depends on whether goods need to be returned and inspected. Details are explained on our Refunds page.

Are any items excluded from cancellation?

Specially made or non-stock items cannot be cancelled or returned unless faulty. If you’re unsure before ordering, please contact us.
