These Polybush kits cover the Big Healey range (Austin Healey 100, 100-Six, 3000) and include anti-roll bar (A.R.B.) bushes, front wishbone bushes, rear suspension kits, and gearbox tie bar bushes where applicable. Touring vs Performance (quick guide): Touring kits use a more compliant compound for road comfort. Performance kits use a firmer compound to reduce compliance and movement. Increased firmness can be noticeable on some cars, especially on rougher roads.

Anti-roll bar (A.R.B.) Polybush kits

Choose the bar diameter first. Big Healey anti-roll bar sizes vary by model and setup. If you are measuring an existing bar, measure the outside diameter. If you are fitting a new bar, use the bar size supplied with that kit.

9/16 inch bar (BN1–BN2)

Fits BN1–BN2 anti-roll bars where a 9/16 inch bar is fitted. Not intended for later BN4–BJ8 bars.

Front suspension wishbone Polybush kits

Fits BN1 to BJ8 for the front suspension wishbone assemblies. Does not fit early BN1 models before chassis 221536.

Rear suspension Polybush kits

Rear suspension kits are split by chassis break. Early BJ8 is up to BJ8.26704. Late BJ8 is from BJ8.26705 onwards.

Rear axle location kits (radius arms, panhard rod)

These kits focus on axle location rather than spring control. Radius arm kits fit late BJ8 from BJ8.26705 onwards. Panhard rod kits fit BN1 to early BJ8 up to BJ8.26704 (and suit both standard and uprated panhard rods where fitted).

Gearbox tie bar Polybush kits

These kits are for the gearbox rear tie bar and tie bar pin. They are used across side-change and centre-change applications where a gearbox tie bar is fitted. Increased firmness can reduce unwanted movement, but may transmit more drivetrain feel compared with softer bushes.
