Higher Security, Better Encryption!
We take online security very seriously.
Our new website is live and we've nearly tuned the proverbial engine to make sure it's running perfectly. If however you continue to experience any issues or have any comments/suggestions then please let us know and will address them with our website developer.
When you log into your account for the first time on our new website, you will need to reset your password; this is because the website encryption doesn't allow the copying of sensitive data like passwords.
Don't worry, it's a simple process. Just click on the "Forgotten Password" link on the account login page and follow the onscreen instructions. You will need access to the email with which you registered your account for the first time.
For security reasons, we cannot reset your account password for you. DO NOT email your share your account password with anyone!
We do not store your online payment details as your transactions are handled by SagePay who have the highest level of payment card data security to protect against fraud.
