This alternator-spec wiring harness is tailored for late Austin Healey BJ8 models built from car number (B)76138 onwards. It replaces the original dynamo loom with heavier charging cables, allowing safe use of a modern alternator.
Supplied as a complete loom for late BJ8 models, excluding the overdrive harness, headlamp pigtails and steering column harness. These can be supplied separately as required.
If fitting a Dynator or Dynalite unit, please note that a different specification loom is required. These can be supplied to special order.
