You’ll find us in Hall 7.1, Stand H025, with a BT7 inner bodyshell assembly on display — but that’s only part of the story. We’re not there to talk at you about one product. We’re there to talk with you about your Austin Healey.

If you’re new to Austin Healeys, here’s the short version. A H Spares has specialised exclusively in Austin Healey parts for over 50 years. We’re not generalists, and we’re not newcomers.

A H Spares was founded by Fred Draper, formerly Parts Manager at the Donald Healey Motor Company, specifically to ensure long-term support for Austin Healey owners after production ended. That continuity of knowledge is still central to how we operate today.

That continuity matters. It’s why restorers, workshops, and owners around the world come to us when they want parts that fit as expected, advice that makes sense, and answers that don’t change depending on who you speak to.

Do I need a big restoration underway to visit your stand?

Not at all. Plenty of useful conversations start with a small issue, a strange noise, or a part you are not fully confident about. If you bring a couple of photos, a chassis number, or a quick list of what you are working on, we can usually point you in the right direction.

What will you have on display at Rétromobile 2026?

The main showcase is our BT7 inner bodyshell assembly (Centre Change), Part No: IBA140. We are also there to talk through your wider project, from parts selection and compatibility to practical sequencing.

Is the BT7 inner bodyshell assembly suitable for all BT7s?

The unit on display is specified for BT7 Centre Change application. If your car differs, tell us what you have (gearbox type, any previous shell work, and key numbers if available) and we will help confirm the correct route before you commit.

I am new to Austin Healeys. Can you help me work out what I actually need?

Yes. If you are inheriting a part-finished project or learning the differences between models, you are not alone. We can help you identify what fits your car, what is worth replacing now, and what can sensibly wait until the next stage.

Please do. Photos, measurements, and a quick summary of what you have found so far all help. If you have a list of parts you are considering, bring that too and we can help confirm you are on the right track.
