New Build Plate for Large Projects
We've completed a new construction space in the shop for large scale projects. Our build plate gives us dedicated a work area on which we can assemble and weld large manufacturing builds and production runs such as the complete Austin Healey inner body shell substructures.
Austin Healey BJ8 Inner Body Assembly & BJ7 Chassis
Two of our large projects in the shop include a complete Austin Healey 3000 BJ8 inner body assembly and a complete BJ7 chassis; both for A H Spares Ltd.
New Tooling - Austin Healey 3000 Bonnet
Our expansion continues with the investment in our new Austin Healey 3000 bonnet tooling to accurately shape the aluminium pressings into an accurate and finished product for A H Spares Ltd.

Austin Healey 100 Bonnet Fabrication
Our new tooling allows us to precisely finsh our Austin Healey 100 bonnet pressings to the final accurate shape.
Our manufacturing and production is expanding into more Porsche parts with these boot lid hinges and fuel tank!
We recently completed a build that included two Porsche wings and a pair of Porsche oil cooler cover plates.
Our new and improved aluminium Austin Healey front shroud is the first in a series of outer body front and rear shrouds to be manufactured that covers all the Big Healey range from the 1953 BN1 to 1967 BJ8.
We hand-make vehicle body panels in aluminium and steel for popular British classic cars such as the Austin Healey range.
Using modern tools and design practices, we can manufacture body panels to the original spec.
Our latest project is a complete vehicle body assembly built on the chassis and inner body substructure.
Pressings from single sheets of aluminium or steel are made using a hydraulic press with over 200 tonnes of pressure to form the shape from a template.
Using the Roll Forming process we are able to manufacture windscreen surrounds for the E-Type Jaguar, wing beading, finishing strips in Brass, Copper & Stainless.
We process and manufacture recurring orders for aluminium and steel products, including reproduction Austin Healey petrol tanks, cold air boxes and much more!
Our most ambitious project was to build a complete Austin Healey inner body assembly sub-structure onto a chassis. This is now a built-to-order production run now being sold by A H Spares in Southam, Warwickshire.
