Description Offered for sale for the first time in 35 years and with just two owners from new this 1966 Austin Healey 3000 MkIII BJ8 Phase II is a wonderful final production specification Healey ready for touring.Built on 20th January 1966 and finished in Colorado Red with Black interior, this original RHD Healey was first registered in London with registration EGX 965D. Well optioned from the factory this car features a heater, adjustable steering column, tonneau, laminated windscreen and overdrive. Externally the car is smart having had a body off restoration/ repaint five years ago with around 4,000 summer miles since. Chrome work remains largely original but quite smart and glass good.Inside this Healey retains its original seats and soft trim in good original condition with carpets more recently replaced. The roof is an older replacement but satisfactory is the full tonneau. Mechanically this car is very well sorted and nicely specified with superb upgrades including electronic ignition, an oil cooler, large core radiator, Langford exhaust plus high lift camshaft.
