This dished Welch/core plug fits the inlet manifold on early 948cc Austin Healey Sprite and MG Midget models, up to engine 9CG/DA/H3169. It closes the core opening in the manifold and replaces a missing, damaged or removed plug. Two are required per vehicle.
Provides the correct closure for the inlet manifold core opening when replacing the original plug during repair or refurbishment.
Fits early 948cc Austin Healey Sprite and MG Midget inlet manifolds up to engine 9CG/DA/H3169. From engine 9CG/DA/H3170, the later cup-type core plug is required.
