Dedicated loom to power two front spot or fog lamps on Austin Healey BN1–BJ8. Finished in period-correct cotton-braided covering with a discreet relay and inline fuse for safe, reliable operation.
Yes: fits all Austin Healey BN1, BN2, BN4, BN6, BN7, BT7, BJ7, BJ8. Connects to the car’s main harness using standard bullet connectors. Includes a relay to supply two front lamps.
Compatible lamp assemblies (all supplied with bulbs fitted):
Route the loom along the front panel, securing it clear of heat sources, the fan, and moving belts. Ground the black ring terminal to a clean, bare-metal chassis point. Use the supplied earth leads at each lamp; do not rely solely on lamp casings or painted brackets for return. Connect the red/yellow feed to the floor dip-switch main-beam circuit, or to a separate dash switch if preferred. If a rear fog lamp is fitted, the blue/yellow lead requires its own dash switch. Mount the relay/fuse carrier upright and sheltered to minimise moisture ingress, and protect any panel pass-throughs with grommets.
Combines modern electrical protection with period-correct presentation, avoiding overload of original switches while keeping the bay and front panel visually in-keeping with factory looms.

Two. It is designed to supply a pair of front spot or fog lamps from a fused, relay-controlled feed.
Front lamps can be triggered from the main-beam (dip switch) circuit or a separate dash switch. A rear fog lamp, if fitted, needs its own switch on the blue/yellow lead.
Yes. The loom uses standard bullet connectors to mate with the main harness. Basic crimping tools and good earth points are recommended.
Use BMP144 for BN1–BN2 (no bumper) and BMP145 for BN4–BJ8.
