The standard production tank straps didn’t quite reach the boot floor with the long range fuel tank on the 100S so they devised these tubular bolts to extend the straps.
These extended tubular bolts obviously are correct for the 100S but they also handy for all Big Healeys when the straps don’t quite reach over the fuel tank.
