The Sebring type contains the first motion shaft, 2nd and 3rd gears and the laygear. Manufactured to the highest quality these have a high first gear with a close gap between all the other gears creating in effect a 5 speed gearbox when the overdrive is fitted. They are designed to use the BJ8 mainshaft and layshaft, which means that when fitting to earlier side and centre change gearboxes slight modification will be required.
