Additional NotesOur Synchronizer/Baulk rings are high precision components manufactured from our tooling using the HOT DIE FORGING PROCESS. The rough castings are then machined by CNC machines to meet the required standards for taper I.D./ tooth pitch, tensile strength, hardness and machining accuracy. They are also examined for quality at every stage of manufacture. They have been tested to prove they will stand up to the most strenuous usage. We have been working with Europe's leading Healey gearbox experts and also our new supplier, that specialises in synchro rings for all types of gearboxes, to ensure these products are of the highest quality.
