New & Improved Body Panels

Over the past 18 months we have been completely retooling many of our panels. Many are now being pressed for the first time since the original panels ceased to be available.

Poor fitting reproduction body panels are now a thing of the past as we have dedicated our efforts to ensure that fitting times are reduced and without the usual modifications required.

To enable us to improve our panels we have invested substantial funds and much expertise. This has resulted in good quality panels which are equal to or even better than the originals.

State of the art equipment was used to scan the original panels and then to machine the press tools. This ensures the pressings will be consistently accurate. We understand the importance of consistently good fitting panels so we have made sure that checking fixtures are used throughout manufacturing process.

Our shrouds are now produced on new tooling which we developed by using original cars and then checking the resultant prototypes and several cars to ensure that they fit as well as possible.

Stop those annoying oily patches when you park your Healey with this ingenious invention from one of our trade customers. The drip tray attaches to the chassis and catches all the oil drips from the gearbox bell housing and overdrive. Remove and clean every service oil change and this will save your driveway or garage floor from dirty black patches.



In this month's Practical Classics magazine, we have had a Company Profile article written about us. Neil Campbell (Staff Writer) visited our premises in Southam and was taken on a tour of our warehouse. He was impressed with our 'beautifully crafted car parts' and how we always carry 'at least £900,000-worth of stock, so you'd have to be very unlucky not to find what you needed on the shelf.'

We also showed Neil that 'despite the recession, AHS has been taking on new staff, growing the company to 23 employees and investing in new technologies.'

Overall, Neil had a great time visiting A H Spares.
