Sales Person 

 Description:  Sales person respond to inbound inquiries - telephone, web or in person - and assist customers to select and order products.
 Location:  Southam, Warwickshire
 Hours:  9.00 - 17:30 M-F, rotating Saturday  9:00 – 12:30
 Remuneration:  Salary dependant upon experience.

Qualifications:
  • Computer proficiency
  • General knowledge of automotive parts, systems and repair procedures
  • Patient and responsive to customers
  • A sales orientation
  • Attentive to detail and thorough
  • Reliable with good attendance
  • French or German language skills a big plus

Responsibilities:

1. To assist in the placement and entry of orders
  • To enter telephone orders
  • To assist customers at the shop counter
  • To enter catalogue requests
  • To enter e-mail/internet orders
  • To update customer addresses

2. To provide customers with information about A.H. Spares and its products
  • To provide customers with price and product availability
  • To help customers obtain technical assistance
3. To provide general customer service
